Before booking your appointment, I extend my sincerest gratitude for choosing me as your brow artist!
I encourage you to read all the information below - its packed with valuable info to ensure your experience here with Rosy Brows Lash is nothing short of satisfactory!
DEPOSIT POLICY
••• A Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable deposit is required to secure your appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the procedure fees on the day of your appointment.
CONFIRMATION & REMINDER
••• As a courtesy, we will send you a text CONFIRMATION 4 days prior to appointment, an email/text REMINDER 3 days and 1 day prior to appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, misses appointments and the cancellation fee.
CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
••• We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
••• Keep in mind that when you forget to cancel your appointment. We can not fill that slot and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to take services.
••• You must arrive NO LATER THAN 15 MINUTES from your schedule appointment time. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered as "NO SHOW" and result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
••• Reschedule can be done at max 3 times. If you must reschedule, please allow at least 3 days of advance notice. Anything within that 3 days before your schedule appointment, you will not be able to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to make an appointment.

NO GUEST POLICY
••• Please refrain from bringing guests with you to your appoinment due to cross contamination and interruption. The Studio is small and does not allow for extra people not getting services.
••• In case you need to translate for a family member, please let me know before your appoinment.
TOUCH UPS POLICY
••• All touch ups are done only for EXISTING CLIENTS ONLY. If you book this service and are not existing clients, you will be charged a new set of Brows Fee.
CORRECTION POLICY
••• For all previous work done by another artist (Tattooed or microbladed,...), please send CLEAR photos of your bare brows to 986-686-986
email or direct message @browslash-byrosy Instagram. There are some previous work that cannot be corrected so please make sure you send a photo of your brows prior to your appointment to avoid being cancelled!

Please read the DISQUALIFICATION LIST below prior to the booking:
• Anyone under the age of 18
• Anyone allergic to anesthesia, pigmentation and makeup
• Anyone who is currently pregnant, breastfeeding or lactating
• Anyone diabetic
• Anyone who is sick: Covid, cold, flu, etc...
• Anyone with glaucoma and/or taking blood thinning medication
• Anyone taking steroid medications (i.e. Accutane)
• Anyone who has cancer and/or is undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy
• Anyone who has been treated with radiotherapy or chemotherapy in the last 45 days
•Anyone with skin diseases such as rashes, eczema, psoriasis, keloid, or hypertrophic scarring on and around the treated area
•Anyone with transmittable blood diseases (ex: HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis, etc.)
• Anyone with bacterial or viral infection
•Anyone with undiagnosed skin conditions, rashes, blisters on and around the area to be treated
•Anyone with high blood pressure or mitral valve disorder
•Anyone who had botox work done within the last 4 weeks prior to your appointment
•Anyone with healing disorders
• Anyone who is hemophiliac
•Anyone with a present open wound on and around the area to be treated
• Anyone epileptic or who has experience faint spells or seizures
• Keloids, spider veins, fresh scars around the eyes, blisters, allergics.

CONSENT FORM
Refer to the example above when uploading photos of your brows on your consent form. Make sure you have read all information thoroughly. Fill each form out with complete accuracy.
• An Aftercare Guide is sent to each client after the procedure with instructions on how to care for your brows while depicting what you’ll experience during the healing process.
HENNA
For Henna Clients: Henna lasts two weeks on the skin and four weeks on your brow hair. It’s best to avoid submerging your brows in water the first 24 hours. Avoid exfoliating until the brows begin to fade. There is no downtime or preparation needed before your henna appointment. Follow the instructions given with your confirmation email.
